Job summary:
- The position of Graphic Designer based in the Ho Chi Minh Office. The incumbent's primary responsibility will be supporting IKD's design requirements for events, corporate collaterals, and the design and marketing generated by the Core5 Vietnam's leasing department. The candidate is to possess good interpersonal skills. The candidate should have a knack for marketing and passion for graphic design. To fit in, we'd expect a team player that is both proactive as well as discrete and able to work individually while contributing to the overall performance of the team. The
Graphic Designer will be required to report directly to the group's Art Director, Core5 Vietnam's
Leasing Managers as well as Industrial Deputy Director and should have a fair command of English. Fluency in any other language is always a plus.
- To manage design activities of IKD, assuring expected coordination and performance, excellent planning, and design, in accordance with executive expectations and the budgets of the project; ensure that works are properly coordinated and carried out following management's instructions, prepare design templates of newsletters, campaigns and other presentations or reports as required.
Key responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage print quality of publications.
• Other tasks according to the project or assigned directly.
• Design Media, POSM items for
sales and marketing parts according to Brand Guidelines
• Contribute to formatting of reports.
• Cooperate with the investment team, leasing team, and operations team in the development of the marketing collaterals of IKD corporate and project levels as required.
• Prepare sketches as requested/required for communication of ideas.
• Update & manage social media channels and website assist design manager where required.
