Position Description:
Perform accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organisation&039;s financial resources and ensure that they comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. HR Executive is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function.
GENERAL ACCOUNTANT: Specializing in project investment and real estate business
Accounting:
• Any tasks relating to
Finance & Accounting assigned by
Chief Accountant.
• Reconcile accounts, collect, compile, verify, and analyses financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements (such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings), in order to ensure financial reporting&039;s accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
• Prepare all details transactions of accountings and taxes.
Treasury: Follow established guidelines and procedures to accurately verify, process, and record incoming and outgoing cash, cheque, or credit card transactions; prepare monthly cash-flow report, in order to ensure cash-flow monitoring&039;s accuracy and timeliness.
Budgeting & Control: Contribute information and analysis in order to facilitate formulation of operational plans.
IT Professional Solutions: Update and maintain data in the accounting system in order to ensure that the database is up-to-date and accurate.
Treasurer: may be assigned to be a Treasurer of the company.
Team Management:
• Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work
Responsible for departmental KPIs.
• Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the team's capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Recruitment:
• Manage On-boarding process and follow - up in order to facilitate their integration in the company
• Support in introduction & orientation to existing & new employees about HR procedure & policies working condition, company regulation, how to use forms, application, etc.
• Organize recruitment process, screening interviews, prepare offer letters, prepare contracts for selected candidates, conduct new staff's reference check, train and develop the human resource as company's request.
• Identify recruitment channels, select and recommend the most cost-effective ones based on requirements
Work with Government:
• Handle & report to Social Insurance Department/ Labor Department/Union Trade Department/
• Handle Work Permit application & Resident Registration when need.
• Work with Trade Union Department to handle activities related to Trade Union.
• Manage & follow-up report to Social/Health/Unemployment insurance to update every changes in HR in time & adequately.
• Manage employee's profiles including
• Follow-up labor contract expiration to make sure renewal of Labor contract in time.
• Prepare and store employee Document/ Labor contract/ Non- disclosed Agreement (NDA)
Compensation & benefit, training & development:
• Employee compensations & benefits
• Manage & follow-up employee Annual leave, Overtime & compensation leave...
• Handle & follow up with Performance evaluation process periodically/ Quarterly & yearly.
• Support employee in Health, accident Insurance program, maternity, unemployment and other compensation such as Redundancy allowance and Job-loss Allowance.
• Build, manage and store the Employee profile reasonable: update CVs, certificate & always keep information most-updated.
• Make the monthly Payroll calculation
• Calculate KPI achievement of employees.
• Employee's performance evaluation process.
• Training activity: organize of staff training session.
HR compliance:
• Prepare HR-related reports as Management's request.
• Create, maintain, update and complete the job descriptions for every position in company.
• Any tasks assigned by Chief Accountant.
• Make sure that the organization labor execution is compliant with labor law and regulation.
• Co-ordinate to update, build and complete the Employee Handbook, Internal Regulation Working policy.
• Administer and control employee movement, probation and annual appraisal.

Company capacity: under 20 employees
• Ability to take initiatives and follow-up with detailL
• Excellent accounting knowledge
• Solid experience in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, charts, etc.) required
• 3-5 years of experience in related field
• Good communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in English
• HR Expertise.
• University degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Proven hands-on experience in used accounting system (MISA experience is a priority).
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements
Working time:
• Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:30
• 8:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.
