Mô tả công việc
- Ability to engage good working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including key clients decision-maker, internal teams, service providers, and other securities services industry influencers.
- Identify new prospective institutional clients and establish contact with the appropriate client types given the particular objectives while maintain a diverse client base of investors/clients.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of Securities Services Division
- Maintain and execute detailed client plans & creative and ongoing sales initiatives and update marketing materials, handle a wide range of marketing-related duties.
- Heighten awareness of the Securities Services, WBVN in the community and marketplace.
- Support the management and advocacy of our clients and help maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain accountability for the identification, and execution of growth opportunities across Securities Services products, which in line with assigned strategy, growth targets, and within SSD profitability guidelines.
- A customer - oriented mindset and a creative thinker that can oversee and drive the strategic directions of the SSD's initiatives relating to marketing, custody business relationship and
business development.
- Marketing custody/supervisory service to financial institution, mainly focusing on asset management companies, insurance companies and other types of companies.
- Conduct industry research and analysis of trends, competitor activities.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Ability to network, create sales/relationship opportunities with clients in assigned market segments and leverage contacts effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and simultaneously handle multi-tasks effectively.
- Relevant financial institutional sales experience, including proven experience in a client facing role, excellent communication and presentation skills, and an ability to influence business strategy.
- Strong commercial acumen, in terms of tracking, managing and reporting growth and profitability.
- Fully proficient in understanding the regulations on banking and securities services.
- A strong network in banking and securities industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Trustworthy; high level of responsibility, ability to take initiatives, and strive for result
- Professional level of written and verbal English.
- Minimum 05 years of professional working experience as Relationship manager, or in
sales management and business development or relevant position from asset management, securities, banking, and insurance.
- Experience in Asset Management Company and/or Custodian bank is a plus.
- Ability to drive business and deliver strong results.
- Strong exposure to diverse financial service products / asset classes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, Problem-solving and team - work skills as well as strong presentation abilities.
