Objective
-Track and monitor training budget
-Support manager to fulfil division learning and capability development needs.
- Work as an expert , consulting with the divisions to analyse training needs, design learning roadmaps and programs, track program effectiveness.
- Deliver soft skills, induction and leadreship programs as required.
Key accountabilities
Review, enhance and maintain the curriculum in line with changing business needs
Perform other tasks at the request of L&D Head and L&D manager
Work with L&D Manager to partner with the relevant Divisions to determine competency requirements, design framework and assessments
Manage and coordinate training projects as required
Deliver leadership, induction and soft skill training to different groups of employees as required.
Partner with internal units to manage training needs
Identify internal trainers and select training providers for functional and softskills.
Work with Manager to partner with Divisions and
HR Business Partners to design role based learning roadmaps in support of the business strategy and priorities.
Consult to design training materials based on training plan.Design leadership and soft skill content content
Support to build learning and development policies, regulations, processes and guidance.
Consult to implement training plan following bank
business development strategy
