Summary of Position, Responsibility and Authority:
Responsibility for the development, overseeing and hosting galas, weddings, and other weekly/monthly F&B event activities to provide customers with an unforgettable experience and maximize the F&B revenue.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Weekly & monthly reporting as required.
• Maintain applicable quality standards and records.
• Effective liaison, support and assistance with suppliers, customers and the whole of the hotel operation team.
• Developing short term and long term sales plans to ensure achieve the business target.
• Making marketing plan to advertise efficiency the restaurant products & services.
• Preparation and management of events to adhere to agreed prices/budgets.
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for the provision of F&B business and events, including surveying and measuring the process and outcomes and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
• Coordinate with F&B Manager & head chef in achieving maximum customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Planning and pricing weekly/monthly event activities, promotion programs.
• Creative input to develop F&B business events.
• Answer customer questions and accommodate special requests when necessary.
• Contribute to training and development of the team.
• Coordinate with
Graphic Designer to
design marketing brochure / e-letter to advertise event activities.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Great decision making and problems solving skills.
• Excellent
customer service skills.
• Proven experience as Sales Event banquet manager-minimum 5 years.
