Panasonic Appliances Vietnam is looking for talent to join the Human Resources team. Eligible candidates will take charge of Employee Relation and C&B task as below:
Employee Relation
- Conduct periodic meetings with employees to receive and respond to inquiries from employees related to HR policies and transfer information to be
processed to the superior
- Conducts Employee Relations investigations and recommends appropriate actions consistent with the company&039;s regulations and policies
Perform work related to the dialogue between BOD with Trade Union or Employees as required by the Labor Law
Welfare and Benefit
- Assist the superior in reviewing the welfare and benefit system
- Control and promote the effectiveness of the Health Insurance Program
Prepare the HR Report as assigned by superior
Other tasks & responsibilities as assigned by superior
- Manage
documentation and papers in accordance with ISO 27001 and attend the external and internal audit
