Job Summary / Mission:
• To develop Diabetes business in assigned territory by maintaining and developing ethical demand
• To lead team, do sales & marketing execution
• To motivate and develop team in order to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
Main responsibilities:
• Identify training needs and request
• Update market, competitor information and propose according through action plan monthly, quarterly
• Pass on information between spot-on and company, gather and analyse reports from staff including daily, weekly and monthly reports and then send to NSM related in due time.
• Do recruitment process accordingly with business structure
• Ensure team achieve HCP coverage and call frequency as requirement of department and company
• Manage team's activities and ensure all are in line with the company compliance
• Propose budget plan & budget management.
• Propose sales plan accordingly with territory situation & long term plan in order to maintain/ develop consistent ethical demand growth.
• Other tasks from Hiring Manager/ Head of Department in special, urgent, sensitive cases.
• Ensure follow-up and check the achievement of activity and sales objectives of region set in the action to propose and implement necessary corrective activities.
• Ensure the product information of Sanofi Diabetes has to delivered to HCP by team daily as well as get feedback, experience of HCP about Sanofi Diabetes product and send/ propose to marketing, medical department
• Closely monitor staff's activities
• Ensure and maximum coverage of client through appropriately allocating territory for staffs.
• Lead team to ensure the growth demand of Sanofi Diabetes product meet the expectation of Diabetes BU
• Lead team to execute sales & marketing activities base on the strategy of BU/Department and be defined quarterly, yearly.
• Achieve individual/team goal: sales objectives, market growth, market share, penetration rate
• Maintain/ increase quality of customer database
• Assess performance and propose changes of salary, incentive bonus, career prospects, lay-offs
• Negotiate with Hiring Manager to get the appropriate objective for region.
• Support MAM/ MAE to follow up tender activities
• Perform continuously competition analysis and intelligence.
• Establish, maintain and develop relationship with opinion leaders and decision markers and get endorsement as well
• Allocate target to team members, communicate and get staffs agreement & commitment.

Corporate compliance responsibilities:
Ensure all the activities of the sales force unit comply with relevant acts, legal demand and ethical standards and in line with marketing plan

Line Manager is accountable for assuring compliance with the road safety program for driving employees under their supervision and leads by example.

About you

Education: University degree in
Pharmaceutical/ Medicine
Languages:
English fluent, both written and oral
Experience:
• At least 1-2 years experiences on management position/ and or potential for management position
• 4-5 years experiences in sales for international/ professional/ health/ pharmaceutical company
