RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct monthly onsite audit at dealers
• Support overall dealer's aftersales operations in Northern and Central region
• Ensure in-charged dealer achieve monthly aftersales target KPI
• Develop and maintain aftersales service & quality at dealers
JOB SPECIFICATION
• Collect/Summarize dealers
operations/KPI and report to National After
sales Manager/ Regional team
• Follow up dealers parts stock and advise fulfill in time
• Analysis sales volume and UIO, region/province UIO and set up aftersales and Parts KPI for respected dealers
• Monthly evaluate dealer's aftersales performance and calculate the aftersales incentive
• Coordinate with dealers to roll out aftersales programs and promotions that can attract customers to increase intakes/revenues
• Coordinate with Parts department to control sufficient inventory
• Conduct aftersales market survey
• Study and acknowledge aftersales system operations and support dealer in needed.
• Coordinate with others Dept on company event and special campaign
• Review technical translation documents from Agency (Owner's manual, Service manual,..)
• Study and implement Subaru service procedure, aftersales action plan and strategy to dealers
• Conduct on-site training for
Service Advisor about service procedure, customer's satisfaction, upsell skills, complaint's handling skills
• Monthly visit and conduct dealer aftersales audit to enhance service procedure, quality and customer's satisfaction.
• Discuss with dealer aftersales Manager, dealer Principal on strong/weak point and propose action plan for improvement.
• Weekly follow up dealers operations and performance to ensure hit the target
• Others tasks assigned by National Aftersales Manager
