Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Lead Nurturing Management
- Closely collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as IT, Procurement, Operations, Distribution... to ensure the deliverables
- Manage CDP automation marketing strategy, design experimentation campaigns, set out a clear and concise measurement framework to succeed and fail fast, those learnings shared across wider team.
- Based on Data analysis, teach the team on how to create and refine experimentation of backlogs of rapid change to constantly drive significant uplift of core business metrics
- Set a laser focused approach in driving growth of customer demand leveraging data for action-based recommendations
- Lead, monitor and optimize a variety of A/B Testing campaigns in an agile way, refine experimentation roadblocks, keep track of budgets and ensuring results are delivered within set timescales
- Work closely with Head of Digital Performance to develop Digital Growth Strategy and be responsible for implementation to help business achieve its growth goals.
Growth Digital Visibility
- Focus on driving growth in traffic and newsletter subscriptions through a data-led content strategy and SEO
- Manage content curation and ensure the timely publication of fresh and engaging content on PVA website which serves the purpose of engaging with a range of audience groups and maximizing traffic flow.
Team management
- Oversee team operation and keep updating team activities to match with work requirement: re-allocation
human resource, restructure team, work allocation, update working process and risk management.
- Be a role model for subordinates.
- Take corrective action with subordinates when performance needs improvement, provide coaching and support when necessary.
- Empower subordinates with specific assigned projects.
- Review and update functional operation manuals and functional risk control.
- Help subordinates to develop their career roadmap.
Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company's management (if any).
Job Accountability
- Timely support AD/PRUVenture with digital lead generation/nurturing campaigns.
- Successfully deliver digital campaigns for PRULeads with committed KPIs.
- Establish and manage subordinates via performance management, career development orientation, and strong collaboration.
• At least +6 years of experience in digital marketing/digital acquisition with 3 years in managerial level
•
Fluent English, both in speaking and writing
• Passion for experimentation methodologies and tools.
• Must experience in Digital Business
• University Degree in a business-related discipline.
• Strong communications, negotiation,
project management skills
• Experienced in people management
