ATA ARCHITECTS is looking for an experienced, creative and talented Design Architect.
Job description includes:
- Follow the assigned schedule. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality.
- Follow through on personal and team goals, overcome challenges and obstacles
- To produce sets of production documents in both Schematic Design( SD) and design development (DD)
- Updating and applying
Information Technology in the architectural design and presentation to optimize requirements and provide added value to clients.
- Take initiative to make positive changes and assist the team to produce quality projects.
- Develop design ideas based on the selected main concept.
- Other duties assigned by team leader, line manager and BOD
- Creating credibility with customers, colleagues, and authorities through design works to promote ATA's culture and brand.
- To assist team leader to produce concept boards of images for feedback and aprroval from Design Director/Art Director and clients
- Design holistically, not just segmentally, so that spaces flow consistently.
- Updating relevant projects of national and international scope.
- Comply with the company's general regulations and standards.
- Complete presentation of product design ideas.
- Daily progress report to team leader or line manager.
- Participate in design competitions which assigned by the company.
- Communicate to Team Leader/PM regularly for design intent purpose if required
- Attend design meetings and other company's meetings.
- Develop vignette, render...of architectural ideas that meet intended design goals with logical reasoning.
- Develop and implement individual short-term and long-term plans to ensure the completion of all division's goals and company's target.
- Bring great, timeless, unique, fresh ideas to the team that are project appropriate.
- Maintain a daily task list for assigned projects
- Support other members, teams and divisions to ensure approval of project documentation, profit margin of the company and satisfaction of clients.
- Be flexible and open to new ideas and feedback.
- Promising portfolio of at least three medium scale and three small scale design works which demonstrates creativity capabilities.
- Good abilities to work remotely with international teams and clients.
- Demonstrate a high degree of time management skills and constantly seek to streamline processes and procedures in order to increase quality and efficiency.
- At least 02 years of relevant working experience.
- Stay at work as needed to compete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good design experience in the projects: office buildings, luxury hotels, resorts, mixed-use development, shopping mall, apartments...
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong graphic and illustrative capabilities.
- Take initiative and move forward on assigned tasks confidently while working independently and competently
- Work well in a collaborative team environment
- Good experience in working on international design projects in Vietnam and Asia.
- Demonstrate an ability to draw on various projects.
- Fluency in
English communication (Speaking / Listening / Writing/Reading).
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Master's Degree in Architecture or graduated from an international accredited university is strong preferred.
- Be mature and well-balanced; respond in a logical and rational manner under stress and pressure •
- Being required to travel if necessary.
- Maintain motivation to succeed, always seek opportunities for self-improvement in knowledge, expertise and design industry awareness.
- Creative thinker and can work under high pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of the green building and smart building designing.
- Share ATA's vision and core values for growth.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project), Prezi, Adobe Premiere Elements, and Adobe Creative Suite software packages is a must.
- Work efficiently and at a brisk pace
- Comprehensive understanding of latest update of relevant legal rules, regulations and building codes.
