Work location: 19th floor, No. 9 - Dao Duy Anh Street, Dong Da, Hanoi.
Work hour: 8:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning per month
Job description:
Your primary objective will be to set-up, execute, manage + coordinate customer + internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology + Zero Failure processes. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
Your tasks and responsibilities
• To support the assigned project team as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members + providing guidance on projects, career + development.
• To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.
• To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries, plus maintaining all project
documentation.
• To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time.
Your skills and experience
• Bachelor Degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field.
• Having at least 2 year experience in the same position.
• Good at
customer service and problem solving skills.
• Basic knowledge about import/ export process.
• Good command of English.
• Being careful and detail-oriented.
