- Lead the analysis of current state and to make recommendations in process improvement to achieve higher productivity, including but not limited to introducing and implementing tools, best practices, and automation
- Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management
- Determine and outline business process improvements for client-facing processes, middle and back-office processes, then coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders, and oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives
- Guide and supervise team of
process analysts and
senior analysts
- Prepare and present progress reports and integrating feedback
- Evaluate existing business processes through proper mapping exercise to develop standards with quantifiable measurement
- Lead change management framework and execution including decision making matrix,
quality control- Participate in the planning, design, and improvement of new process supporting transformation projects
- Revise and update and approve updated documentation of company's procedures and policies
- Demonstrated ability to practice complex problem solving, advanced negotiation, influence capability, and conflict solving
- Excellent communications in both Vietnamese and English and able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the organization
- At least 5 years experiences in proven record in full range business process management including design, management, and optimization, preferrable in banking or consumer finance
- University or advanced degree preferable in Economics, Business Administration.
- Able to independently develop and deliver presentation in front of large audience
