· Develop the Southeast Asia market, providing technical Sales support to existing and new customers, leading to new project awards in existing and new geographical areas within the region of responsibility. Provide
technical support to nurture existing business to customers, distributors and partners.
· Define business growth strategy within its region of responsibility, including promotion of new Premo's products
· Define (in coordination with Corp Expansion Director) Annual Business Plan and Long Range Plan Sales and new Awards
· Translate customers' needs into product requirements
· Review technical documentation and operating instructions relevant to its duties

Project Management during pre-sale and RFQ process
· Achieve new business award economic targets on an annual basis, leading the RFQ process and engaging internal partners (R&D, Engineering, Finance, ...), respecting profitability strategy
· Interface between R&D team and customer to ensure alignment and proper action deployment
· Build credible
customer relationships and be accepted as a reliable partner
· Cooperate and animate market studies in coordination with Marketing
Academic background:University degree (engineering)Additional training: MBA, Marketing, EconomicsLanguages:English (Advanced Level), second language according to the market/customer assigned.Minimum Experience required:3 years in a similar position in a multinational company
