Responsible for achieving Brand objectives with respect to sales volume:
- Manage external agencies and suppliers (expert partners)
- Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends
- Propose and monitor brand activities in order to address identified brand issues
- Drive brand activities in order to satisfy consumer needs
- Oversee and input into the development of operational brand plans
Drive innovation and creativity in products and brand activities:
- Explore new business opportunities for the brand expansion
- Analyze and propose relevant research studies
- Increase brand awareness of categories
- Ensure the application of the best practices of brand management tools
- Increase consumer engagement in all effective
communication channels
- Utilize research data/findings and market information effectively
Implement A&P Budget effectively to ensure ROI
- Control brand support expenditure
- Improve brand profitability through implementing cost control measures
- Manage the impact of each cost element on brand profitability
- Strategic thinking (sound attention to details without losing focus on the big picture)
- Good articulation & conceptual thinking and strong
project management skills.
- Ideally 3 years of Marketing experience preferably for FMCG
- Experience developing concepts and product innovations.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Demonstrated high performance in project management
- A considered, analytical approach to working with concepts, consumers, problem-solving, stakeholder management
- Analytical thinking and critical thinking.
