Achieve company target / KPI through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the
Sales department. Contribute improvement if needed.
Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven
sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
In charge of 3 distribution channels: MT, GT and Horeca
Build and maintain
customer relations and manage customer database
Solve problems for customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.

Age: over 35 year-old.
Experience in drinking / beverage is a plus. Have experience in B2B.
Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or marketing.
At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
