PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for identifying weak spots and applying testability to challenge better software design, promote engineering practices, bug-free production strategies, testability, accessibility, privacy, and other advanced quality concepts across BAEMIN products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
What you will do:
- Have the responsibility for the quality of BAEMIN products
- Review requirements and specifications to provide timely meaningful feedback.
- Design and implement testing automation
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
- Managing internal/external testers to execute tests
- Give an effort to provide a bug-free production environment with internal teams
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer/
Information Technology, or experiences in related fields.
The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job
Experience:
- Having the ability to analyze problems in an engineering way
- Familiar with agile software development and engineering culture
- Around 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or
Senior Tester (Automation/ Fullstack)
- Having logical
communication skills
- Having excellent analytical skills and systematic arrangement skills of anomaly
Skills/Knowledge
- Have hands-on experience with JavaScript, being an expert in Selenium, Java
- Agile and Reactive Problem-solving skills
- Experience in Cypress framework is a plus;
- Understand of the product at the implementation level, be able to analyze logs and API responses in microservice integration level
- Good at spoken and written English is strongly preferred
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, particularly ability to work in squad to ensure delivering project timely meaningful
