-Be responsible for response to customers&039; requests, problems, and special needs in a timely & effective manner.
-Improving team works and supporting all departments if required. Handling Regional/Global Communication.
-New accounts implementing and SOP management.
-Monitoring daily CS Issues, including System Compliance Management. Managing What-If Scenarios and correspondence to Customers, Airlines and other partners involved.
-Handling all claims, dispute and Customers&039; requests. Visits Airlines, clients to maintain and help develop business relationship as well as obtain industry information to support sales lead and secure current business
-Assessing procedures and managing activities to assure smooth handling of C.S Department, maintaining & developing relationship with customers, partners as well as carriers.
-Monitors and directs all daily
customer service & operations issues of the C.S Team to meet the needs of company and support company operations.
-To comply to any job scopes where necessary that assigned by the Station Manger (HCMC Branch) and Country Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
3 - 5 years in a Supply Chain / Logistics role , ideally from within the industry or an emerging market
- Ability to build and/or promote relations with clients
- Commercially comfortable to handle physical customer visits for escalations, QBRs or ad-hoc business implementations
- Proven Track record of
Customer Service Leader / Operations office Leader.
- Familiarity with the following is preferred :
+ Customer Service Quality Standards and BPI processes
+ Internal policies & processes : e.g.
Product Management / Procurement / Trade Lane Management/ Pricing / Quotation / Booking Management etc.
+ Customer segmentation as per the company&039;s strategy
- Passion to drive closures & customer solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently
- Customer-facing and interaction skills with high-level of customer orientation
- Good planning skills and the ability to work under pressure to deadline
