Support for Sales:
- Manage weekly/ monthly sales results, sales progress vs target.
- Calculate salesman incentive
Manage company stamp and Power of Authority
Manage company schedule

Administration support for
Managing Director: business trip arrangement (air ticket/accommodation/car), settling for business trip expense, support MD to translate Japanese document/report (if require)
- Arrange company meeting/BOD meeting/VIP trip smoothly, book meeting room, send invitation
- Arrange, and set up meetings smoothly (online or offline) for BOD
Other administration tasks to be assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
Good planning, organizing, and management skills
Good communication in both English and Japanese (English Intermediate and Japanese N3 level above)
Basic Microsoft office skill
Have 3 years of experience with Admin, Sales Admin, and Assistant positions
High responsibility, hard-working, dynamic, open-minded, proactive action, ability to multi-tasks
Working hour: 8:00 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
