● Be responsible for providing support in the process of developing and maintaining training programs.
● Manage the training processes by suggesting training methods and giving feedback on training areas that need to be improved.
● Be in charge of all the steps of creation and maintenance of the training programs: preparing, coordinating and evaluating educational programs firstly for the digital tools and later for other company topics
● Define the pedagogical goals and create the content for the training programs
based on the third party content or with partners
● Plan and schedule the training sessions and coordinate with the
internal trainers and "train the
trainers if needed with management support
● Support the administrative tasks of the Business Unit.
