KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in admission team in the admission events to support consult, provide information and enroll for new students, parents;
Telesale on phone to invite new and potential parents join in admission event;
Handle complaints from parents as the complaint management procedure to ensure all complaints are responded and completely solved in a professional & dedicated manner, as well as to reduce the complaints and risks, which could satisfy and increase the school trust to parents and students;
Support to consult for new and potential on digital channel such as fanpage, zalo follow protocol;
Support in admission team to inform, instruct for students do the placement test;
Take part in the internal and external admission event (school, booth at mall, supermarket, talent center, Cultural houses, park, surrounding resident area....) with admission team;
Report in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly about the admission number of Lead, telesale results;
Support admission in filling all kind of admission forms, collect and arrange them in order;
Take part in full training section from admission department as well as school;
Support admission team in receive information and consulting for parents about studying pathway,
environment through telephone or face to face;
