1. Coordinating and processing information at the request of the GD:
Managing and monitoring the implementation of the work agreed upon in the meetings, summarizing and reporting to the GD;
Assist in preparing content and participating in the GD's meetings as an assistant when assigned;
Assist the GD in transferring information and gathering feedback other departments;
2. Translation and interpretation:
Interpret for the CEO in meetings and conferences;
Translate documents, and emails related to daily work as required;
3. Responsible for organizing meetings, appointments, and travel schedules;
4. Work closely with the GD to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following appropriately;
5. Act as the internal and external
coordinator of all the activities of GD and senior management;
6. Promptly provide information on the company's operation; check documents before submitting themto GD for approval;
7. Assist GD to prepare documents related to theBoard of Directors, solve issues related to BOD; deploy Decisions, Resolutions of BOD;
8. Organize Annual General Meeting (AGM) and perform other related works;
9. Keep the company's seal safe & make sure its usage is in compliance with the Laws;
10. Other tasks as assigned by
General Director.
Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline;
1-2 years relevant working experience, preferably in an
international working atmosphere;
Self-motivated, proactive, open-minded thinking for innovation and creativity;
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships with CEO, managers, co-workers, andsupervisors;
Excellent Command of both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
Immediate availability is preferred
