    JOB DESCRIPTION
    KOOB is a turnkey solution made by a DMC for DMCs.
    Today, the tourism business is growing, although internal resources remain limited. The booking process is still too long, as tourism operators manage their bookings by phone or email. Travelers have new expectations: instant confirmation and more sustainable and responsible products.
    KOOB solution is a different way for DMC and TO/TA to book hotels.
    • Connect Live Inventory: fill in the integration file of Live Inventory and follow up the connection process between Feelingo and the hotel's channel manager.
    • Set up TO's account: Set up the hotel's visibility, room type, margin, and promotion/ supplement for the TO.
    • Intern Training KOOB Database: Create new hotel, Update contract - promotion, Management of black-out date, Management of allotment / close-out date, Support Contracting to connect Live Inventory
    • Training Reservation Teams: Overview of KOOB, the advantage of making and managing the booking via KOOB, and how to create and follow the booking on KOOB.
    • Training Sales Teams: Overview of KOOB, the advantage of making and managing the booking via KOOB, how to follow the TO's booking on KOOB, what kind of notifications the hotel receives on KOOB (to answer the hotel's questions in case needed)
    • Training hotel: Overview of KOOB, the advantage of reception and management of the booking via KOOB, how to receive the booking, how to decide on the booking, and how to follow up.
    • Technical support: technical support and answer the questions of Resa, Sales, and Database.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • University: Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management or another related field
    • Having at least three years of experience in a similar position ( contracting department / E-commerce )
    • Excellent English speaking & writing skills
    • Excellent knowledge of the Thai Tourism Industry (suppliers, competitors, etc.)
    • Knowledge about Thailand
    • Proactive, open-minded, good negotiation skills, flexible
    • Ability to work under high pressure & willing to be outside often for inspections
