Checking store Tenant Supervisor's working effectiveness and instructing them to work better
Training new Tenant Supervisors in stores
Supporting Store Tenant Supervisor to deal with problems happening in stores
Marking suitable standards for Tenant Operation
Leading them to follow the company's rules
Maintaining close contact with tenants and support them in any relating matters for their doing business in Lotte Mart in order to achieve set weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
Solving Tenants' complaints, if any
Working relationship:
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
Cooperate with Tenant MD department to create vendor and sales code to new tenants
Assisting tenant contractors in meeting agreed upon construction, S&E, QA schedules
Internal:

+ All MD of Food, Non-Food, Tenants
+ Accounting Dept.

Reporting:
Reporting to the immediate manager all relating issues in the job in charge daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
Make weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Doing other reports as requested the immediate Manager and/ or General Director
Others:
Doing others works/tasks as requested by the immediate Manager, Functional SM
Support other colleagues to complete works, if requested
Being ready to travelling oversea and local cities and provinces for business
Qualifications/ Competencies (Essential): Bachelor Degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics related are preferred)
Specific Experience (in Years): At least 1 year working experience in the position of Operation supervising
Language Required: Good command in English
