• Receive incident escalation L2 to L3 : Actively engage in escalation and resolution of complex incidents. Gather technical resources required in Linkbynet organizations and solve technical problems (all technical areas)

• Approve & Assess documentations quality.
• Advance Trainer on Customer mainstream technologies
• Prepare & lead the various Technical Committees (recurrent monitoring, management, architecture, strategic) and participate in the Steering Committees to provide the technical depth.

• Customer interface & trusted advisor for a dedicated customer account
• Presales support for Linkbynet Sales team
• Responsible for architecture design: Recommend architectural changes to solve problems in a sustainable way, reduce the risk of incidents.
• Participate alongside architecture teams in the evolution of client environments efficiency.
• Advise and challenge the customer on the evolution of its platforms and applications.
