Mô tả công việc
1. Planning:
Annually planning and preparing Recruitment Programs (Internship, Open Recruitment, ...) as company's strategy
Planning yearly budget for recruitment channels and recruitment programs
2. Recruiting:
Sourcing candidates through a wide range of channels/methods and screening, doing/arranging interviews to ensure all vacancies at all levels are filled with the most suitable candidates within the target time
Maintaining an active and organized database of applicants for various positions
Coordinating with local & overseas recruitment agencies to fill up vacancies
Working with Department Head to update and develop Job description for all positions
Implementing recruitment process
3. Reporting:
Reporting on recruitment activities and headcount changing on HR reports
Updating and reporting organization chart weekly or when arise changing
Other reports as requested of HR Senior Manager/ Director
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor Degree - major in
Human Resources or Business
Administration are preferred
At least 3 year experience in recruitment position
Have experience in retail is a plus
Good communication, negotiation skills
Good English (or Korean)
Trustable, highly responsible, well-job-organized, high sense of confidentiality
Able to work under high pressure
