Mô tả công việc
1.Work with managers and leader to identify the knowledge, ability, skills, and other qualifications required.
2.Proficiency in using recruitment websites and social networks to look for & find talented candidates and potential profiles
3.Implement the recruitment cycle: drive and acquire insights of position requirements and responsibilities, source to identify the most appropriate recruitment channels, screen, interview and evaluate candidates and manage pipelines potential candidates
4.Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates.
5.Attend career day, job fairs and similar events.
6.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
7.Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best talent
8.Prepares offer letters of employment and make induction plan for prospective candidates
9.Propose ideas & solutions to improve continuously the Talent Acquisition policies and processes to show up the Company brand
10.Other tasks assigned by Corporate HRM
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from College or University in relevant field
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role (pharmacy/health care/medical or manufacturing....)
- Have headhunting experience is a plus
- Wide social networks and have many recruitment tools
- Be able to perform as an effective team player and also work independently
- Good at communication in English
- Strong time management and organization skills
-Ability to self-motivate, integrity, trustful, positive thinking and open-minded
- Confidence and high sense of commitment
- Can do multi-tasks, working independent
- Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point, .....)
