Key objectives
Designing a product solution in the line with specifications given by business managers, ensuring smooth navigation and develop , upgrading the features of existing application to support the business and end users..
Job Responsibilities
Ensure Sales data & the system:
• Ensure sales data (sell-in & sell-out, ...) to update in full and on time.
• Ensure the system run smooth and friendly.
• Ensure the server, database backup and sales data safety and security.
• Ensure issue to support asap.
• Coordinate with ICT to ensure that the system is built in accordance with the global' s ICT process.

Develop new function/new requirement:
• Join business team to get new requirement, analysis and advised solution to support.
• Join with team to final layout, layout, formula and timeline.
• Join test & build document to training for new developments/Functions on Tools.
• Support training/Sharing to end users/new user to using new function/Tools.
• Always research and new solution to reduce the workload and processing of the system and server.
• Maintain and implement all the reports that help with the business.

Support to sales team and end user:
• Training/sharing the report to end users.
• Connect the sales team to support tool/function and listening feedback from they.
• Resolving any the reports related issues asap.
• Work cross functionally with sales to support implementation process.

• Education: Graduated from Information Technology, specializing in programming C# & SQL Server, Java, ....
• Experience: Working experience at least 2 years.
• Skills: Working independently and skills to support end users.

Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager/Sales Director for ad-hoc/Business requirement .
