POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the food and beverage operation by cleaning and maintaining kitchen
equipment and the premises whilst maintaining hygienic standards and practices. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare kitchen equipment for use.
- Assist with checking and receiving goods.
- Store goods.
- Maintain storage areas.
- Clean and store equipment.
- Clean premises.
- Handle waste and linen.
- Maintain a hygienic kitchen.
- Clean the kitchen and equipment.
- Maintain personal hygiene.
- Attend to all briefings.
- Participate in training.
- Complete the other tasks and jobs which assigned by the leader.
ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
- Good
communication skills.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE:
- Primary Education.
