We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals with multiple roles to join us as Worldwide AI Hackathon Ambassadors. As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting and co-organizing our worldwide AI hackathon, raising awareness about the event, and driving maximum participation from a diverse range of communities.

The Worldwide AI Hackathon is a flagship event co-hosted by Wow AI and Transatlantic AI eXchange on behalf of the WowDAO (the 1st decentralized autonomous organization for the AI community) in which talented teams of students from top universities,
developers, AI enthusiasts from global corporations as well as early-stage AI startups to compete in challenges designed by top AI thought-leaders who are AI executives from more than 30 tech giants and large corporations, including Google, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Mastercard, Samsung, Oxford Brookes, Stanford, Deloitte, Accenture, Apple, Siemens, AstraZeneca, Meta and many others. The hackathon happens from now until Sept 2023. The ending ceremony event will be combined with an AI and web3 summit happening on the Stanford campus (tentatively).
Responsibilities (Task Selection: you will only choose the tasks that you have the most exp and confidence with)
Promote the AI hackathon in your personal and professional network, and encourage participation.
Reach out to local AI and tech, startup communities and encourage them to participate and promote the event.
Assist in organizing and planning the hackathon, and provide support during the event.
Help create marketing and promotional materials for the hackathon, including
social media posts, flyers, and email campaigns.
Engage with participants before, during, and after the event, and help create a positive experience for everyone.
Provide information and guidance to potential contestants about the event, rules, and procedures if needed
Help with coordinating the physical conference happening in San Francisco, USA in Sept (if you are located in San Jose or San Francisco, CA, US) or the online 3D conference if you are from other countries.
