The Job
The Project Leader in Korea will initiate the Project by informing you of all the required information regarding the project. The job is to analyze the required functions, find solutions, assign tasks to the project personnel (Designers, Developers, etc.) and report to the Project Leader. Developer Management and Schedule Management are the main skill sets we are looking for along with strong responsibility. You will not only be able to experience countless IT technologies but also have the opportunity to work globally.
Project Manager:
- Develop, analyze, and manage the following IT project documents
1) Set up the entire project timeline by managing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
2) Check the requirements and project scope with managing the Statement of Work (SOW)
3) Create the StoryBoard & Managing the Wireframe and related UI/UX productions.
4) Create the Use case document and User story
5) Experience with Technical documents (E.g. API documents or manuals)
- Understand the project requirements and prepare for expected technical challenges
- Assign tasks to project personnel (designers & developers) and manage their schedule based on the Project life cycle
- Manage project personnel and provide solutions along with developers using Jira.
1) Backlog creation
2) Epic creation
3) Sprint managing
4) Scrum review - Establish a project communication plan
- Create a project status report
- Qualification Test towards the end of the project
- Execute the project on time
Business Analyst:
- Support client/PM/PL to define requirements and suggest ideas.
- Summarize information, business processes, and requirements from relevant clients/PM/PL then categorize and prioritize them.
- Participate in feature design & product roadmap development.
- Define solutions meeting the needs of client and business requirements
- Transfer requirements and describe solutions for designers to help them design the most effective UI/UX for users.
- Have a good understanding of UI/UX and ensure the design meets the requirements & oriented solution.
- Transfer project logic and clear business flow to the development team.
- Assist PM/PL with any other related tasks
Your Skills and Experience
- Good at working with UML, Diagrams, software analysis, design tools, and techniques.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Good at mock-up/wire-frame/prototype.
- Experienced with UI/UX analysis and understanding.
- Basic understanding of software industry, database, data structure, and IT terms.
- Fluent in English (or Korean is a plus).
- Planning skills, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any related subject. (Business Management or Product management, IT preferred)
- Detail-oriented, careful & patient, enthusiastic & responsible.
