Manage fan page (write articles, exchange and interact with the target audience of customers on daily social media channels, reply to fan page, etc)
Plan and execute promotional campaigns on channels: Facebook, Google, Instagram, Zalo.
Monitor and answer fan questions and feedback on social media channels
Monitor, statistics, compare and measure the effectiveness of
social media marketing activities through specific KPIs.
Coordinating handling of communication crises for customers.
Make periodic reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
Manage, support and navigate online events (contests, games...) for customers (experienced)
Update & apply new knowledge and trends in social media marketing to improve work efficien

Good analytical skills as well as communication skills (oral and written)
Proactive, patient and be able to take challenge.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Be able to work under high pressure and meet deadline.
Good at Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent writing skills in both English and Vietnamese;
3. Kiến thức chuyên môn
From 1 - 3 years of experience. Worked at a digital agency is a plus.
