The Global
Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.
This role is part of TikTok's Small and Medium Business (SMB) team for Southeast Asia. The SMB team works with advertisers across the region, helps them onboard and find success on TikTok. Being part of the team would mean being directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results through consultation. The team is made of dynamic, savvy, engaged individuals who are passionate about the region and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
1. Provide dedicated partner management to aggregators (SMB Agencies, Resellers, Tiktok Consultants), by consulting and coaching them towards success on TikTok
2. Develop strategies to improve SMB agencies' performance, including:
- Consulting on SMB agencies' scale-up
- Creative tips and best practices
- Budgeting and targeting recommendations
3. Good time management and organization to manage advertisers at scale; monitoring the SMB agencies' performance through tools and timely communication with clients
4. Ability to identify and remove blockers for SMB agencies growth. Gather insights from client interaction, and effectively represent client needs to internal stakeholders (ads review, finance, product, etc.) to ensure good customer experience.
5. Work across multiple teams, including Sales, Product and Marketing to gather SMB agencies' feedback from the market and amplify the current and future advertising platform.
