Responsible to carry out service jobs remotely and/or at customer's site. Responsible for failure identification and root cause analysis on technical complaint. High level of experience and expertise in a particular service or system
• Responsible for carrying out service jobs depending on qualification (remotely and/or on-site)
o Troubleshooting of Festo products in customer application
o System installation and/or coordination of system installation
o Commissioning of systems with Festo products
o Inspection of Festo products in customer application
o Maintenance of Festo products in customer application
o Energy saving services
o Product repairs
o Programming services of Festo PLC
o Optimization/modernization of systems
o Customer-specific workshops
o And other services in service catalogue

Documentation and reporting of service activities
• Respond to customers' technical inquiries and ensured adherence to the agreed target setting
• Supports
Sales Engineer, including site visit, in defining the right price and conditions for a service
• High level of experience in general services and/or specialist in specific services offering/systems/products
• Expert in PLC Programming, Robotic, Energy Saving, Safety, or other relevant services in industrial automation
• Provide technical consultation to other Service Engineer in performing service if necessary
• Failure identification, root cause analysis, identification of suitable measures, fault clearance, implementation of improvement measures of Festo products
• Development, maintenance and execution of test and simulation (after sales) in the Festo Experience Center
• Transferring of expert knowledge to internal and external Festo thru training, application note, demo product or other method
• To perform any ad hoc task been assigned from time to time
