2) Skill
- Work Experience: more than 3 years
- Work experience in import car brand is preferable, especially super cars
- Good communication skills; must be able to explain problems in cars to customers
- Education level: University and above
- English Preferable; advanced
Yêu cầu công việc
1) Service Preparation
- Receive booking requests from customers and Register them
- Check up repair and booking status
2) Guide customers when they visit showroom
- Explain repair quotation
- Explain another accessories in addition to the repair quotation for potential sales
- Final check up after repair
- Manage customer records
3) Take care of recall campaign/warranty service
4) Consult customers for complaints and problems
5) Support other service work
