• Coordinating with managers to plan recruitment needs based on company's strategy by yearly, quarterly and monthly.
• Develop strategies to attract candidates and recruitment plans
• Finding candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs according to forecasts. Using various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including
social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
• Planning and conducting recruitment, screening candidates (CV filtering, interviews, ...)
• Responsible for employer branding (online and offline). Organizing and attending job fairs, job centers or other employment events
• Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
• Supporting the maintenance and development of
human resources• Handle all recruitment reports to present to HRD by monthly, quarterly and yearly and any others report as assignment
