In this role, he/ she is responsible to co-execute the orders of Fixed Income & Term Deposit instructed by the Fund Manager under the supervision of an authorized Head of Dealing Team.
Pre & Post trade processing, day-to-day
administration of daily funds trading activities and resolving trade settlement issues in a timely manner with related departments, complied with internal and external policies and regulation.
Supporting to new project development as needed. Contributes & works among the teams for workflow/system improvements and strategic works.
- Responsible for executing the sale and purchase orders of Fixed Income bond - Primary and Secondary & Term deposit instructed by the Fund Manager are raised via the system.
- Prepares & oversees all procedures & documents, accurate data filing system of dealing desk and post trade processing for all asset transactions.
- Liaises with Fund Manager, Operations team, Risk Compliance & Legal team, regional Aladdin team to ensure that trades conform to internal & external policies & regulations.
- Supports compliant on both pre and post trade processing in line with laid down procedures; to provide appropriate audit trail and accountability.
- Searches & provides information on the market movements/ prices and accordingly recommends for trading opportunities to Head of Dealing & Fund Manager based on technical analysis, market opportunities & timing.
- Prepares daily fund trading report and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Works with Head of Dealing to manage relationship with third parties (securities companies, account managers, brokers, advisors...).
- Back-up role.
