    I. MAIN TASKS:
    Summary
    Search, analyze and evaluate suitable investment options for the Company then propose to Investment committee/Board of Directors;
    Implement the investment plans approved by the Company;
    Monitor the Company's investment portfolio and report to the Boards about investment performance.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    Perform market research on industries/fields of activity such as: industrial real estate, M&A, stocks, securities.... to propose appropriate investment portfolio that is in line with the Company's direction for each period of market conditions;
    Be the contact point to receive, research, evaluate and propose investment opportunities;
    Coordinate with other internal departments of the Company (eg: Finance & Accounting, Legal...) to establish and prepare periodic or unusual reports about performance of investment portfolio to the Investment Committee, the Board of Directors or other relevant stakeholders;
    Monitor or assist in tracking the Company's investments;
    Participate in the development and appraisal of the Company's annual, medium and long-term investment plans;
    Support the company in investment implementation and investment procedures according to revealing regulations;
    Other tasks related to the field of investment at the request of Finance Director and the Company;
    Other task as assigned by Direct Supervisor.
    II. REQUIREMENTS:
    Requirements:
    Degree or Certificate: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related majors Prerequisite
    Relevant professional qualifications: CPA, ACCA, CFA Advantage
    Minimum three years in a similar position Prerequisite
    Experience in real estate / investment / finance Advantage
    Excellent/Fluent English language skill (oral and written)
    Presentation report writing skills
    Proactive, flexible and creative at work
    Meticulous, careful, objective, responsible in work
    Dynamic, flexible and professional working style
    Honest, reliable, enthusiastic, progressive and able to withstand high pressure at work.
