1. C&B:
- Register the PIT code for newcomers, file keeping documents of PIT record and calculation monthly.
- Manage labor contracts, prepare the regular contracts for all employees.
- Update attendance sheet, payroll as well as payroll calculation and manage employees' data.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Implement and collect KPI, OKR results of individuals and departments.
- Monitor and update
human resource information and data on HRM and RMS software systems.
- Making reports and analyzing personnel reports.
2. Employee Relations
- Work closely with Leadership team to maintain/develop a workplace where people feel comfortable, engaged.
- Build up and maintain good relationship with different teams and the staff in general; answer queries from managers; provide advice, support, updates and reports on HR matters.
- Ensure certain workplace standards are met, and employee concerns and requests are addressed.
- Effectively communicate the organization HR policies to the employees.
- Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, discipline matters.
3. Other (-10%)
Other tasks related to employee full life cycle such as on/off boarding, training, performance review, workforce
administration, etc.
