    Job Description
    • Research, analyze data, observe daily operational activity, generate insight to build new features, process or solve operation problems for improving engagement, seller experiences
    • Lead, plan and collaborate with other departments and varied stakeholders to roll out and achieve projects' goals
    • Involved in the seller's performance management & development by evaluating the sellers'
      performances
    • Liaising with multiple stakeholders in the company to escalate and solve seller problems
    • Build, promote, and increase the engagement of Tiki long-lasting sellers' relationships by understanding their needs
    • Involved in the seller's performance management & development by evaluating the sellers' performances
    • Being proactive as acting and making things happen. Also, being reactive is the handling of action that takes place
    • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on seller performance / behavior KPIs
    • Support and collaborate with other functions on a project-based when needed
    Requirements
    • Ownership, be proactive, flexible and willing to learn
    • Outspoken personality and likes to initiate ideas
    • Experience in survey implementation, data analysis, report building
    • Good communication skills and managing multiple stakeholders
    • Problem solving skills and adaptability are required to be flexible and make judgment as
      necessary
    • Experiences in project management, knowledge in ecommerce, delivery operations are a plus point
    • Basic Level of technical expertise in specific domain, to help anticipate problems in the system and collaborate with the product team to solve
