Working on the coal-fired power plant technical issues including:
1. Coordinating with the EPC Contractor, Owner's Engineer and other related parties for the proper implementation of the site work for Control & Instrumentation related activities,
2. Supervising the EPC Contractor's design and schedule with reviewing and commenting on the EPC Contractor's documents and drawings for the proper design and plan,
3. Participate in the Inspections for the Control & Instrument materials and their installation, testing and commissioning related activities,
4. Reporting to superiors and coordinating with the internal members of VPCL,
5. Liaising with Vietnam Electricity, National Power Transmission Corporation, Khanh Hoa Power and other relevant local authority to manage construction, testing and commissioning related works for Control & Instrument related systems,
6. Preparing necessary logistics and governmental authorizations for VPCL,
7. Supporting the implementation of the signed project agreements/contracts together with the counterparties including EPC Contractor and its subcontractors, governmental authorities (Khanh Hoa Province People's Committee, Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board) and enterprises (coal suppliers and transporters, O&M contractors and other related parties);
