We are looking for a potential candidate who will take the role of Secretarial tasks and performing Corporate Planning activities, details as below:
* Secretarial tasks:
• Control working schedule or appointment for Directors
• Arrange for business travel (air ticket, accommodation, etc.) for Directors.
• Translate documents and interpret on meetings.
• Organize and coordinate meetings and write meeting minutes.
* Corporate Planning tasks:
• Support for creating documents on business management with KPI or financial results.
• Perform other tasks assigned by directors depending on the business situation.
