Mô tả công việc
• Facilitate the efficient operation of the Office Building/Retail.
• Communicate with the various divisions to ensure proper maintenance of the apartments, and related areas (mainly securities and cleaning, pest control, garbage collecting, and landscaping in the building).
• Encourage involvement in, and enjoyment of, the apartment community by the residents/customers.
• Take responsibility for services quality to customers.
• Deal with tenants/customer's complaints, handle complaints or requests from tenants/customers to the building.
• Develop controlling process to manage the contractors, based on standards and procedures of the company.
• Guide and train to all of employees of departments.
• Take responsibility for developing, deploying the working plan and yearly budget.
Yêu cầu công việc
•University degree in property management, hotel management engineering, or related are reffer
•Have knowledge of Building management and previous experience in managing buildings.
•Experience: 3 - 7 Years
•Strong management skills
•English is fluently
•Experience in dealing with multinational customers and ability to communicate with people in a professional manner
•Hard-working, ambitious and well-presented.
•Can work under high pressure
