KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand and apply our standard concept of Consumer Finance operations into local conditions;
• Determines training needs by traveling with sales field; observing
sales assistant; studying sales results reports; be side by side with
sales managers;
• Design training material or customize the Global Training programs to ensure effective, clearly and professional delivery;
• Plan, organize and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, which includes online and offline, to internal and external sales team with highly productive, timely and professional;
• Join field work with sales leaders to coach and give them feedback how to improve sales performance; seeking ongoing feedback and keep lines of communication open to sales field.
• Provide on-going training support for sales force through workshops and meetings;
• Take ownership & Follow up training team's performance to ensure the team achieves the target.
• Involve in training projects as a project member or leader to develop training material as required;
• Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• At least 02 years of working experience in training, especially conducting and training Soft-skills.
• Knowledge of sales training field is a plus
• Soft skills: Good in presentation; Critical thinking; Problem Solving & Decision Making; Collaboration; Task Planning & Organization; Field coaching; Observation skill and giving & receiving feedback; Professional training skills;
