• Find new potential customer
• Contact potential customer; introduce company's service to them via phone and find out customer's information and demand via phone
• Consult, negotiate and convince customer to use company's service
• Maintain and develop relationship with current customers, take care, advice and support customers
• Monitoring and coordinating with the relevant departments to support customer goods are handling and stored follow standards and requirements.
• Record customer's feedback, summarize and submit to Manager - Transfer the reflection to the relevant departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
