1. Develop and review sales goals/ strategies based on objectives set up by the BOD and delivery to team.
2. Drive sales in all regions in MT, GT & other sales channels to achieve the sales target
3. Improve, maintain organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation and maximize profitability.
4. Review progress as compared to goals, budget and targets.
5. Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.
6. Preparing Sales Forecast Accuracy
7. Sales outlook for next month - Party wise/ Category wise/ Model wise
8. Daily/weekly/monthly Reports
