- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Cooperate with
Marketing Manager to maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving of supplies and products.
- Monitor and control office costs/ expense to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned.
- Develop and manage budgets for the sales and operations department.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Interview, training, and manage
sales staff.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, operations management, or a related field.
- Eight years or above of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a printing ink or related industry.
- Have knowledge of principles in writing up reporting, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Good in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing (Chinese is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team; Strong organizational and time management skills.
