** The position is open for all experience levels from Sales Engineer/Assistant Sales up to Sales Manager. The main responsibilities of the role would include sales, marketing &
business development in assigned region.
** Key Responsibilities
• Achieve the budgeted sales within the assigned sales area in line with the objectives set for turnover and margins.
• Responsible for the total customer management within the assigned sales area.
• Responsible for customer visits, techno-commercial discussion, machine demonstration, order closing, post sales payment follow up, site surveys, etc.
• Plan and prepare well in advance for all the activities like customer visits, demo, training etc. as per the defined process for a superior customer experience.
• Maintain necessary and appropriate call rates to achieve the company objectives of satisfied existing customers and a good coverage for the new customers.
• Be fully involved and responsible for all the marketing activities like exhibitions, customer events, workshop/webinar, Tech. days, delegations etc. for the assigned area.
• Maintaining and updating to CRM Software on a daily basis, follow general and departmental procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 3-5 years of job experience in B2B sales, CNC machine business is an advantage.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering / Technical or equivalent related experience is a must.
• Vietnamese native and excellent verbal and written
English communication skills.
• Professional team player.
• Motivation for sales and for build-up of
customer relationships.
• Good communication skills, independently working, highly motivated
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks, analyze and solve problems in a fast paced environment.
• MS office ( Words, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Willingness to travel across Vietnam (and occasionally to Singapore/ Germany).
• Pro-activeness and willingness to learn new technical knowledge
