Our Sales Department in Vietnam is looking immediately for a highly motivated Sales Manager CSS
South & North VN
Leadership
• To lead and manage the Regional Sales Team, and ensure that TIV has the right people for the right job
• Ensure that all business plans and tactics are communicated clearly and in a timely manner to Sales
Executives and Sales Advisors (SAs)
• Play a key role in the successful implementation of the CSS Sales team activities and ensure that all business
plans are aligned to achieving business priorities
• Understand, communicate change and lead by example
Execution of Objectives
• Efficient, effective and timely execution of the business strategies and plans as developed by the C.D
• Ensure that best sales procedures and tools are communicated, implemented and complied with, in the field
at all times by channels (department stores and own boutiques)
• Achieve volume and profit targets by effectively managing the team and ensuring that strong commercial
relationships with customers are developed
• Continually review the effectiveness of the execution plans and provide feedback to the C.D
Performance Management
• Constantly measuring and reviewing performance of execution against plan and providing feedback to the
appropriate areas within the business, as well as looking for ways to improve the facilitation of strategies and
plans into the field for the company's brands
Planning & Budget
• Develop sales strategies and tactics to maximise sales team efficiency and market potential
• Plan own time to effectively manage business priorities
• Effectively manage sales budget overheads
Customer Management
• Look for opportunities to maximise profitability through strategic dealer management,
account management,
business development and the development (in conjunction with the Brands Team) of promotional programs
by channels
• Ensure that all relevant feedback from customers is communicated in a timely manner to the appropriate
department managers
Retail Management
• Strictly implement weed and seed action plan to improve store profitability
• Manage daily store operations to TIV 's retail standards
• Recommend C.D on retail expansion opportunities in the region
• Achieve retail sales target and business objectives
• Offer retail and product training to regional trainers, store leaders, retail sale executives, SAs and sale
personnel
• Build and maintain good relationship with consumers, staff and landlords.
• Identify opportunities, formulate plans and implement strategies to increase sales
• Prepare retail sales report and budget
• Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
performance
• Plan retail expansion according to RPB's guidelines. Strictly follow RPB's process and procedures in setting up
new Triumph stores
• Prepare P&L of each store with Finance and ensure all stores in charge are profitable as budgeted
• Ability to develop and implement competitive plans, strategies, sales / distribution / merchandising
• Team leadership skill & negotiation skill
• Financial & quantitative analysis skills
• Project management skills
• Computer software
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese
• Fluent English written and verbal skills
