PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Sales Executive's responsibility is to manage and handle all activities in the sales department with the objective to improve the business performance in regards of revenues, account and client management or the handling of any sales enquiries. The sales executives handle on an operational level the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities with a pre-dominant focus on B2B distribution for various markets or segments. This includes but is not limited to the creation of lead business and new accounts, conducting sales calls and product training to relevant stakeholders, consult clients and accounts along the selling process, undertake defined account relationship management or doing market and competitor analysis.
***TASKS:
1. Sales Management/
Business development/Relationship Management/Lead Nurturing
• Being responsible for accounts and business development for certain markets or segmented accounts
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities or new prospects for business opportunities
• Actively seeking new sales opportunities through defined sales activities (calls, meetings, mailings, webinars, product trainings, etc).
• Plan, conduct and manage individual sales activities and collect and analyze information in order to prepare data and sales reports
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to continuously seek for new leads
• Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
• Monitor account performances and take action if account performances not meet set KPI
• Market and competitor research and monitoring on a continuous basis
• Manage and convert sales leads on continuous basis.
• Develop promotions or campaigns or partnership and liaise with marketing for execution
• Daily communication and consulting of B2B clients and accounts
• Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor
2. Reporting:
• Weekly and monthly sales report, Adhoc reports

Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for continual improvement across Sales and Administration processes
• Seek out and develop better ways to undertake the role and to continually aim to develop the daily processes
• Keep others informed by sharing information

*QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Graduate in business administration, economics, Tourism, or any related subject
• Very high Competency in
English Communication• Ability to negotiate and understanding of sales and marketing processes (sales funnel)
• Passion for sales with a high service-minded attitude
• Able to conduct professional presentations
*EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 year working experience in a similar role with a proven record
• Good understanding of account management processes
• Able to work multi-tasking under pressure
*SKILLS:
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Very structured working method
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Software
• Very good Communicator and Networker in the team
• Positive and open personality
*SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Flexibility to work overtime sometimes
• Ability to work under pressure
• Very accurate and detailed
