1. Job Description:
• Identify and follow up new opportunities to offer Yokogawa Field instruments & analyzer products/solution.
• Etablish relationships and understand customer business to provide, appropriate solutions for our customers.
• Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
• Develop and maximize Yokogawa presence and market share in designated accounts.
• Maintain key executive relationships. Consistently identify new business opportunities for sustained profitable growth.
• Help drive integrated solutions sales that bring together both hadware and software products.
• Contribute to the larger team through the application of new products, principles, theories, and concepts in your field of expertise to develop unique solutions for customers.
• Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated leader with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with customers to drive outcomes.

6. Corporate Governance and Compliance

7. Information Security
Yokogawa creates, collects and maintains information that is sensitive and valuable. All Yokogawa Employees must maintain the confidentiality of the Information received, either in writing or verbally, whether technical, business, legal, organizational, personal or any other information that could result in damage to Yokogawa in case of disclosure to unauthorized persons, regardless of whether the information is classified as confidential or not.
Employees must take all reasonable, necessary, and appropriate steps to safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Yokogawa's assets and information.

8. Work Health and Safety
All employees have a responsibility and accountability for engaging with the WHS Management System (WHSMS), their Manager and business unit personnel for the following outcomes:
• engaging with mechanisms agreed for consultation and participation on WHS matters;
• identifying hazards and assessing risks and opportunities;
• complying with all relevant laws, standards, regulations, codes of practice or workplace rules with the support and guidance of your Manager(s);
